Who we are
EFA Engineering Hub (Engineering For All) is an engineering education initiative based in Techiman, Ghana. You can contact us about privacy at enketia97@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- your name, and an email address and/or phone number so we can reply;
- the topic or program you’re interested in;
- for Kids & Teens enquiries, your child’s age group only (we do not ask for a child’s name or other identifying details);
- your town or area and any message you write, if you choose to include them;
- your consent to be contacted.
Our form provider automatically screens submissions for spam. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Forms about children are designed to be completed by a parent or guardian. Photographs of children will only be published with written permission from a parent or guardian.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, keep you updated about the programs or events you asked about, and plan our activities. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they’re useful for the purpose you gave them to us (usually no more than 24 months), then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
How we protect it
Our website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions securely on our behalf. Only authorised EFA team members can view them, by signing in to our Netlify account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing enketia97@gmail.com.
